Right of Withdrawal

If you purchase a product through our online shop, you have the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days and begins:

• if the product is delivered — on the day when you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the product;

• if several products are purchased in a single order and delivered separately — on the day when the last product is received;

• if the product is collected from our store — on the day when the product is received.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product by contacting us at info@mebelubode.eu or +371 24404400.

After notifying us of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to our store at Uzvaras iela 56, Jelgava, LV-3001, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw.

When exercising your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including the purchase price and the standard delivery costs. If you have chosen a more expensive delivery method than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us, the additional cost will not be refunded.

We will issue the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we receive your notification of withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or until you have provided proof that the product has been sent back, whichever occurs earlier.

The direct costs of returning the product are borne by the buyer, unless we have agreed otherwise.

The buyer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from handling it beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality.

Product Condition and Non-Conformity

Please note that vintage and used products may show signs of use and wear. We make every effort to accurately represent the condition of each product in its description and photographs; however, not all signs of wear may be visible in the photographs. The colour, shape and dimensions of a product may also differ slightly from those shown in the photographs.

If the product you receive does not conform to the terms of the contract, for example, if it has damage or a significant defect that was not stated in the product description, this is a separate matter from the right of withdrawal. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible at info@mebelubode.eu or +371 24404400 so that we can agree on an appropriate solution.

Product Unavailability

If, due to unforeseen circumstances, the product you have ordered is no longer available, we will contact you to inform you of the situation and agree on an appropriate solution, including, where applicable, a refund of the purchase price and delivery costs.
